The location is perfect for my needs, close enough to the center for a walk, and there are several bars, a minimarket, and other services around. Street parking is free. I returned because the value for money is great and the staff are incredibly friendly, always willing to accommodate our requests (thanks again). We’ll come back! I didn’t find anything I didn’t particularly like.

The room was quiet and comfortable. The shower’s handrail was broken and couldn’t be fixed higher.

The facilities are old and in bad condition, not especially clean. Towels and bedding are worn out. The bed and pillow are uncomfortable and the walls are paper, so you can hear everything from the neighboring room. The accommodation is about 20–25 minutes walking from the center, in a very remote area that feels somewhat unsafe. The host wasn’t particularly friendly. Given the price, I wouldn’t recommend it or return.

Giacomo, the host, was kind and always available. He quickly resolved a small issue with the hot water and also gave us many recommendations for things to see and do. Highly recommended!
