I liked the open‑air lobby, which works well for transit or longer stays, and it’s about a 10‑minute walk through the laneway to reach the hotel. The staff are friendly and eager to help, so I’ll stay again. A few times at check‑in I saw no towels, but the staff promptly supplied them and other missing items, so I’ll stay again.

The only good think about this hotel is walking distance from the beach but it’s dirty place . sorry I won’t stay there again. I landed in Bali around 8:30 pm after 6 hours flight I checked in at 9:30 pm and I went out for massage and had shower but I realised there is no towel in the room, rang lobby few times no answer, went down to lobby in the wet to ask all towel and bathmat but only 1 towel delivered and no bath mat (nearly fall from wet & slippery floor in bathroom) when I asked about bath mat, staff easily answered ( we will give you tomorrow) Bathroom is dirty.!! tap is never clean (white Color instead of metal Color) and disgusting. Linen in bed is not matching with the bed size. Pool water is not clear, some part of the pool wall is glass and you can see from lobby that is not clean. I will never dip my self in that pool The only good about this hotel is close to the beach I won’t stay there again I’m sorry

The rain shower had a good temperature and the beds are comfortable! The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel had better days; the photos are from way back and there were loose tiles in the bathroom, the mirror is end of life, and the room itself could really use a refreshment!
