The place is quiet, clean, and the facilities are in good condition. The pool wasn’t clean, and there was no daily maintenance despite being surrounded by vegetation and insects. The food offered is very basic and often too spicy (we couldn’t explain that we didn’t like it, yet we were charged for a dinner we couldn’t eat).

The hotel is simply stunning and impeccably maintained, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful from start to finish; breakfast was a real treat to start the day, and I recommend this place without hesitation.

The cold water you were allowed to take was a disappointment, and overall we were quite let down. The rooms are very noisy—room 1 and room 6 were assigned to us, with room 1 on the ground floor in a dark corner next to the reception where loud conversations and early‑morning music made it impossible to rest. We reported the issue but nothing was done. The door key broke accidentally and was not replaced during our stay, leaving us unable to lock the door for two days; we had to pay for a spare key initially, but that was later waived at our request. Towels were not changed, so we had to ask each time. The pool was tiny and not very clean, offering only two lounge chairs. Breakfast was unappetizing and comparatively expensive compared to other accommodations, and the staff were okay but not very customer‑oriented; we found them friendlier elsewhere. In short, we were disappointed and would not book again.
