No toiletries were supplied—just a tiny bar of soap and a tissue roll, no shampoo or body lotion. Two bottles of refillable glass water were provided. All furniture was dusty and the rooms weren’t cleaned properly. There were leeches in the washroom. My daughter and I wanted to use the pool, but it was unclean and full of fallen leaves. Cyclone Ditwah had damaged the garden and surroundings, but that wasn’t a problem for me. I liked the location and the quiet. The breakfast was not worth it. The price is very high and I suggest they adjust it.

The place was quiet and beautiful, and the staff were really great. The food prices were over the top and they weren’t clear about them from the start.

The location was fine, and Dilshara tried his best to meet our needs. We never got hot water, even after we complained. Bird droppings landed on the bed sheets – we complained and the next day all the sheets were changed. The administration tried to add an extra charge for card payment, but that wasn’t explained beforehand. Breakfast was pre‑made based on orders, so if you arrive late it ends up cold.

Everything was peaceful, the quality of the cabins, the environment, the lake view, the nature – all great! The breakfast was very hearty. The pool was a bit cloudy.
