I skipped breakfast, but the location and rooms were good; I stayed in a family room, the Basilica church is just 2 minutes away and the rock beach a 5‑minute walk, the property sits opposite the railway station on a main road, giving easy access to all attractions, so overall I like the place.

The hotel’s ambience was nice, but the reception staff were rude; when I asked for help with language translation for my room, the staff replied I had to handle it myself, claiming it wasn’t the hotel’s job, which was disappointing.

The location is good, but the cleanliness was poor and people were smoking in their rooms and in the corridors.

The place is near the beach, but the bedsheet was stained, the bathroom was dirty, the sofa was sinking, room service never proactively cleaned the room, overall service was slow, the AC leaked, windows were loose, and door hinges/knobs were loose—avoid this hotel if those issues bother you.
