Located in St. Moritz Bad, Hotel Sonne St. Moritz is a 3-star superior property offering views of Piz Nair and surrounding mountains. The hotel is a short walk from the artificial ice rink, riding stable, miniature golf course, cable car (Signalbahn), and health spa. It's 2 km from the train station and 1 km from the city centre, with Lake St. Moritz and cross-country ski runs nearby.

Breakfast was the best I’ve had at any hotel so far—fresh, with friendly staff and a quiet setting—and dinner at the restaurant highlighted Swiss specialties and fresh ingredients; the staff were friendly and very relaxing. However, it rained that day, making access from the station and after the bus a bit difficult, and the front desk to the hotel room involved a few stairs, so carrying a suitcase up was necessary.

The beds were very comfortable, the room was huge, and the bathroom even had a “Klosomat.” The breakfast was abundant and fine, but the price of 30 CHF per night for the outdoor parking feels expensive.

Breakfast was great. The location is perfect, walkable to the city center. Nothing to complain about. Everything was wonderful. Great staff.

I stayed in a convenient spot with parking and public transport nearby. The rooms were efficiently furnished, complete with a comfy armchair and task lighting. The downside was that I was housed in a separate annex next to the hotel, and when it rained during breakfast I had to grab an umbrella…
