We had an impeccable experience at Ripon Grand Hill from start to finish. The entire team, especially the manager, kept checking on us to guarantee our comfort, and Chef Bandara made sure our meals and drinks were superb, offering a tasty mix of local and international dishes that were always piping hot—exactly what you want in Nuwara Eliya’s cold weather. The restaurant staff were polite, attentive, and truly surpassed our expectations. The hotel sits right in the town center, just five minutes from Gregory Lake, and our room was spacious, tidy, and spotless. We loved every single aspect of our stay at Ripon Grand Hill, with no negative points to note, and we’re grateful to all the staff, even those whose names I didn’t catch.
