The location is good. I found Continental House unprofessional: after confirming my booking, I arrived in Islamabad, left the airport, and was on my way to Continental House when they called and said sorry, sir, we can’t give you a room because our current guests haven’t left yet. It was very upsetting and disappointing; I would never recommend this to anyone.

1.Location is good. 2. Room are Comfortable. 3. Atmosphere is good. All the rooms were comfortable except issue in one Deluxe Double Room . i.e. Air Conditioner of One room was not sufficient to cover the adjacent sitting area therefore sitting area was un-occupied during our stay. The complaint was registered with the concerned person of the Rest House. We are off opinion that In such kind of joint room the Air Conditioner should be installed in both Rooms

The spot is great, right next to the biggest mall in the city, but the room was a mess—everything smelled bad, the bedding and blankets were old and hadn't been washed, and the bathroom was old and dirty.

Everything was fine overall, but there was no hot water and several items were missing.
