The location is very good, the surroundings are beautiful, the staff are pleasant and helpful, and the building is charming (though the rooms are not). The rooms were cold, old and worn out, the bathroom door wouldn’t close, the bathroom was outdated with a bad slope on the shower floor, there was no housekeeping and no new towels, the lighting was poor, and the all‑covering rug was dirty.

The accommodation was pleasant, but I missed scrambled eggs and bacon at breakfast, which I think should be offered at a hotel of this type.
