When I booked, I selected a double bed and paid for it, yet they still tried to give me a single room.

Breakfast is good and the room is comfortable, but the AC doesn't cool, so I had to open the window, and the curtains don't block sunlight.

The location is excellent and the hotel is great, but what I didn't like was the room AC—it was hot, so I had to open the window for cool air.
