The place is nice and comfortable, yet privacy is lacking. The owner texted me to turn off the air‑con whenever I left, even though my cat stayed inside. I left the TV on to keep my cat comfortable while I was out from 2 PM to 7 PM, and then got a warning about not turning off the air‑con. I also think the owner or staff entered my room and switched off the TV because it was already off when I returned. I didn’t expect this, and it made me feel uneasy, especially when I didn’t anticipate anyone entering the room. The place itself is fine, but the lack of privacy was truly disappointing.

“I won't book again.”

The TV shows movies and there are tissues available. However, when I called the ‘cafe’ they said they have Coway water, but there’s no washbasin or ashbin in the room, and the toilet has no toilet roll. The bed was dirty and I got itchy all over after sleeping on it. The house is under a transmission tower. Thank you for the “Pets Friendly Homestay” label, we’re grateful. It would have been helpful to know the rate before payment. The pet-friendly tag mentioned “maybe extra charges” but didn’t specify how much. After booking, someone messaged me that the pet needs an extra RM30/night charge. That feels uncomfortable. How much to charge is up to you after booking is confirmed! You can charge any amount??? Just a suggestion: you could collect a deposit, and if the guest really makes your place dirty or breaks something, you could fine them.

Overall, the stay was pleasant and comfortable, and the room was cozy. During my visit, part of the toilet ceiling unexpectedly fell. The staff reacted swiftly, cleaned the area immediately, and even offered to relocate me to another room. I truly value their promptness and excellent handling of the situation.

“住宿应该要告诉我们要有小宠物收费而且我们宠物也没有弄脏地方很乖”

The surroundings were good, and pets were allowed. However, the staff didn’t mention that pets would incur an additional fee, and the charge was quite high.
