The bathroom was extremely nice. The pillow smelled like a rodent. Opening and closing the room door was difficult, and maintenance was told to come check it but never did. They didn’t clean the refrigerator, so they tried to charge us for water that had already been drunk before we arrived, even after we called and asked about it.

I was thrilled with the spot, the bar and food were top‑class, and the valet was quick and the staff super helpful, but the curbside drop‑off felt inconvenient.
