The location is considered central. The cleanliness is poor, the building is very old and shabby—don’t be fooled by the photos. It’s a one‑night stay that local customers might choose, but the service and hygiene are unacceptable, with corridors and rooms feeling like a wholesale market full of materials and products.

The hotel's proximity to a metro line was a significant advantage, but several issues detracted from the overall experience, including the lack of bellboy service and some maintenance concerns. While the hotel's location was a major plus, other aspects fell short of expectations. The hotel's shortcomings were somewhat offset by its convenient location.
