My stay at this hotel was a pleasant surprise, with the room being incredibly comfortable and the food being truly delicious. I was thoroughly impressed by the high standard of service and the cleanliness of my room. The hotel's outdoor views were also a highlight, making my stay even more enjoyable.

I had a truly underwhelming experience at this hotel. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a room that was far from clean, with a clear lack of maintenance. The bed was uncomfortable, and the bathroom had its own set of issues, making the overall atmosphere feel unwelcoming. Unfortunately, the staff didn't quite live up to expectations either, seeming dismissive of my concerns when I sought assistance.
