It wad an horror i request a refund no staff nobody changes the towel and the sheets in 7 days they moved us 3 times .the roon were disgusting.weddings in the 2 other resorts every night we did not know the proximity we never have 1 nite rest. Everything works than words can not believe i paid so much.demande a refund

The experience was awful—worthless for the price. Completely disappointing! The place was dirty in every way, there was no breakfast as advertised, and we were downgraded. They claimed we booked two nights but actually booked three, even though I had receipts in my email. It was unpleasant. They tried to compensate with a meal, but one dish was delayed even after we asked again. The overall experience was ruined. The reception staff were fine, but the overall experience was terrible.
