We had a superb stay and were genuinely impressed. The property was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained, feeling brand new with everything thoughtfully arranged. The rooms were roomy, the beds cozy, and the peaceful vibe made it ideal for relaxing. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The location was convenient, and the overall value was outstanding. From check‑in to check‑out everything ran smoothly. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. I highly recommend it for anyone seeking a clean, comfortable, and affordable place.
“Good value”
The room was spacious and clean, and we really appreciated the fridge. It’s the first place we stayed where there was no water provided, the breakfast could improve and it’s pretty poor. What we think is really shameful is that there was no contact with the family or staff; they barely said hello and didn’t care, it felt like we were invisible. I understand it could be a language barrier, but even with that we always had great time with other hosts, so for this experience I won’t go back.

The beach is a 10‑minute walk away. Breakfast was lacking: they didn’t call me for checkout, and at 9 am they charged an extra 2000 Sri Lankan rupees for two nights. They only provided one small bottle of water, no shower gel, no good shampoo. When I asked for shower gel, they gave me soap instead.
