Bamboo House

“Has potential”

This place has huge potential—great location, a spacious room with working AC, free drinking water, and a lovely family living on the property. The overall cleanliness of the room and bathroom left something to be desired, and the Wi‑Fi was subpar. With a bit more care, it could be a great stay. Since it was a holiday, we booked knowing we shouldn't expect too much, stayed a few nights until we could move elsewhere, and if you go, keep your expectations low but know it’s not the worst stay either.

At that price, the cleanliness and service were excellent, the parking was spacious, the location was close to the beach and the entrance. Many facilities need refurbishment, like the fan and TV; the price is cheap, but updating those would make it even better.

“Klote, nooit meer”

Nothing.

Very close to the seafront, the staff were pleasant, and there’s a nice terrace in front of the room. There was no air‑conditioning in this room, the temperature was unbearable, so we only stayed one night.

I wasn’t greeted warmly, received no information about the area, and spent my time at a homestay around the corner, sleeping only in Bamboo. It’s a pity.
