The staff here went above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay, especially the chefs who prepared my special meal request with a smile. The property itself is lovely, and the people are even lovelier. The food is delicious, and I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone.

I'd highly recommend staying here - it's a must-visit destination. However, I did have some feedback to share with the property directly.

I was thoroughly impressed with this place, especially its amazing location away from the hustle and bustle of Nairobi. The staff were incredibly courteous and attentive, going out of their way to satisfy our needs. The chef was flexible and made sure we enjoyed our meals. We had an amazing time with our family, but it would've been nice if they'd done something special for Father's Day and Eid celebrations.

I've been lucky enough to stay here twice, and both times have been genuinely lovely experiences. The food is fantastic, the staff are amazing, and the conservancy is incredibly beautiful - although the flamingos can be a bit hit-or-miss. The activities are good, and the tents are super comfortable with great views of the lake. I'd definitely stay again.
