Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was marred by several issues. While the staff were friendly and courteous, the room itself was a different story. The pillow was unpleasantly smelly, the sheets had stains, and there were insects crawling on the bed and table. The lack of soundproofing meant that I could hear every conversation from the neighboring room, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The overall atmosphere was unpleasant, with a musty smell and a general feeling of neglect.
