Breakfast was very good and the staff were also good, but our room apparently had a water damage before we arrived, yet everything was clean and the staff were very, very helpful.

The checkout time was very convenient, but they entered the room and removed the towels before I checked out; the wooden floor (and the one on the upper floor) creaked a lot, the bathroom needs a renovation, the last 100 m before arrival is uphill and steep, and there isn’t a nice place nearby for breakfast or dinner.

The location was fine for us, but we chose the hotel mainly because it claimed to have an airport shuttle, only to be told upon arrival that it doesn't exist, which was a real let‑down. The rooms were dim and the air conditioning was faulty.

Camera spaziosa con porta finestra che dava su un balconcino, aria condizionata e frigo minibar. Personale cordiale e disponibile e, su nostra richiesta, ci ha suggerito un paio di ristoranti veramente validi. Si trova vicino alla zona pedonale che porta alla Cattedrale di Santiago. Ottima scelta
