The staff were outstanding—Sharon ensured everything went smoothly, arranged a Safari to Amboseli, helped me get a Kenyan mobile number, and coordinated our transfer from JKIA; Sarah cooked perfectly and the food was delicious, though the portions were excessive; the house and rooms were spotless, hot water in the shower, a quiet environment, and card payments worked fine. However, in our “Master Suite” we couldn’t get steady warm water—sometimes it was cold, sometimes scorching hot, almost like steam; this didn’t bother me much because I mostly used 4G on my phone, but as other guests noted, the Wi‑Fi was extremely poor.

The location is a plus, close to Amboseli Park, but upon arrival nobody knew anything about our reservation; they only found us a room after we opened the door and there were other people’s belongings inside—overall it felt like a neglected place, especially the kitchen and bathroom; the conditions were very basic, breakfast was just an egg, bread, and milk, and they didn’t offer lunch or dinner; fortunately we only stayed there for one night.
