Almost none of the room’s equipment worked, the rooms were poorly maintained, and the shower felt dirty and malfunctioned. I had to request basic items like a glass and cutlery that should have been provided. A blue light in the room made it feel like it could be rented by the hour, and I discovered rats sharing the room with me during the night.

“Very bad”

Nothing stood out; towels and bedding were never changed, rooms were never cleaned, and parking was chaotic with cars parked one after another, making it hard to leave when another car was behind yours.

Hot water and Wi‑Fi were present, but the lighting was weak, the shower was too small and the door made it even tighter. There was no check‑in list, only plastic cutlery, and I had to ask for a soup bowl and a microwave. Housekeeping never came, parking was insufficient, and only two staff members were available—one knew nothing and I had to wait for the manager. The furniture was very old.

Rats were moving around in the ceiling—what does that even mean? It was so uncomfortable and irritating. The furniture was terrible, and the staff couldn’t even form a coherent English sentence, let alone deal with the rats in a place where people should be sleeping; it was a deal breaker, and I regret booking there.
