Friendliness, cleanliness, and a central location were all positive.

The hotel is close to the beach. However, we received a room that was worse than the one we booked, and when we pointed it out the blame was shifted to Booking, who then claimed we had a better room and that we had not complained, which is false. It was also hard to communicate on site because the staff we met could only speak Polish, not English.

The location and staff were good, the bed linen and towels were clean, the toilet paper was good quality, and there was kitchen access. The bathroom lacked a vanity for cosmetics, the mattresses were uncomfortable, and there was no suitable pillow for sleeping.

I’m in the heart of the city, close to everything, and there’s a lovely little green spot nearby that made the stay even better. The inn was tidy, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and I wholeheartedly recommend it.
