Renovated house with terrace 3 bedrooms

“3 single travellers, a double room each, plenty of living space, good value.”

I dropped off and picked up the keys via a dropbox, which was convenient. I managed to park on the street, and there’s a supermarket and a café bar nearby. The stairs are a bit steep and lack a bannister, so it’s not suitable for anyone who is unstable. The kitchen light didn’t work.

Because the apartment is in the heart of the city, everything—shops, metro, pizzeria (Caldo), and a fast‑charging station—is close by. The toilet and the steep stairs are a drawback; the toilet is on the first floor.

Check‑in was easy, the place was clean, nicely decorated, and in a great location. Coffee capsules were readily available. There was a lack of salt and pepper in the kitchen, and the steep stairs require caution if you have children. Great house! We’ll renovate.

The house sits in a nice spot, is clean, well equipped, and well maintained. The kitchen is small but functional and a pleasant place to cook. The staircases have no banisters on the outer side and are quite steep, which was a real concern with young children and an elderly grandparent. I’m tall, so the second staircase was more troublesome because the ceiling is low and I bumped my head several times. The double bed on the top floor was very uncomfortable, so much so that I slept on the floor the last two nights to protect my back and neck. The two single beds on the top floor were similar. All beds should be replaced urgently. The couch in the TV area downstairs is covered in a material that makes you itchy and smells of cigarette smoke; it should be replaced with something more pleasant for evening chats. There is no private parking, and the limited public parking is quickly taken if you’re unlucky.
