We were fully convinced by the location and the room itself. The bed was super comfortable and the view was unique. The food was good, and water was always free to grab.

The location is great, just 5 minutes from the train/metro station and architectural sights. The common areas are welcoming, bright, and comfortable. The rooms are small but have all the necessary comforts and a nice view. The staff were extremely kind and efficient; I spoke with Johnny, Mina, and Alex, and they were all very good and quick to handle an unexpected change to my stay. It was a very positive experience.

The building is super convenient, right in front of both the train and tram stops, and the staff are incredibly kind. I could check in and out on my own, and they even offered the option in Italian. The room feels modern and I could tweak the lights, temperature, and other settings right from a tablet.

The breakfast was very good, the location excellent, and the lobby was pleasant with comfortable workspaces—though the loud, constantly playing music made earplugs necessary. The rooms are extremely small; the bed occupies the entire space, stretching from wall to wall. The sink is in the bedroom because there is no room for it in the bathroom. The window cannot be opened, not even slightly, so the room feels very stuffy, especially since the ventilation does not work properly. There are no amenities whatsoever—not even a cup, let alone coffee or tea.
