The staff at this hotel were super friendly, which made our stay really enjoyable.
The view from my family suite room was just breathtaking.
This place has a great location, surrounded by a beautiful rice field that adds to the tranquil atmosphere.
Unfortunately, the cleaning was really poor, which was a shame given how much else the hotel offers.

The staff were responsive and they quickly switched my room after I complained that it didn’t match the booking, giving us a honeymoon suite with a view of the Valley; however, the older rooms, especially the standard ones, need refurbishment and new textiles—beds, towels, canopies, etc.—and the villas sit on a hill, making the climb from the lowest point very challenging.

The place is clean and quiet, but it’s very remote and in a truly unforgivable area.
The hotel sits in a spot that’s hard to beat, with a view of the valley and river that’s both soothing and serene, and its architecture really catches the eye. The pool was the perfect temperature and the view from there was stunning. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious. The reception staff were warm and helpful, answering every question we had and gladly assisting whenever we needed it. We also tried the spa and massage, which was fantastic, especially after a long day of touring.
