Very pleasant design, responsive staff – clean and cozy!
Everything was great: the staff were excellent, the place was spotless, and the breakfast was wonderful. There were no negatives.

The hotel is superb even for the most demanding traveler. Its location is perfect—right next to the old town on a pedestrian street lined with restaurants and cafés, quiet, clean, and civilized. The room turned out to be unexpectedly spacious, equipped with robes, slippers, toothbrush sets, discs, saws, water, and only missing a hair‑dryer—keep that in mind. The huge bed had a great mattress and a selection of pillows, which mattered to us. A large wardrobe is available; many Georgian hotels lack wardrobes and only offer a few open hangers, but here everything is well thought out, with plenty of hangers and shelves. Daily thorough cleaning with towel replacement is performed. Breakfasts from 8 am are excellent: a buffet plus a menu of egg dishes, waffles with ice cream, and oatmeal. Coffee may not satisfy die‑hard coffee lovers, but it’s decent. I must mention the friendly staff—everyone from reception to breakfast service is very welcoming, and bartender Timur speaks Russian fluently. Overall, I would confidently recommend this hotel. The only downside was that it took a long time for the hot water to come on. No other flaws were found.

The hotel was modern and well‑situated. The staff were very friendly, especially Mariam and Temu at breakfast. The breakfast was fresh and high‑quality; we’ll definitely come back! The only downside was that one night it was a bit noisy outside the hotel because of teenagers.
