I liked the cleanliness of both the room and the bathroom, the comfort of the mattress, the friendliness of the staff, the breakfast, and the quiet at night. However, there is a wall fixture in the hallway with a lamp that shines on the room door and stays on all night, letting light into the room and making it hard to sleep. The pillows were too high for my taste.

The room was spacious, the staff were extremely friendly, and the traditional Italian breakfast was very pleasant. On arrival, you need to tap the code 1001 on the same pad and press the bell button to contact Sea Hotel; the B & B is on the first floor with another bell beside the door. The old but interesting lift requires 10 Eurocents to start, but going down is free.
