The bed was acceptable. However, bugs were in the room, the complimentary coffee was expired, the shower water fluctuated between boiling hot and freezing cold, and the bathroom drains had a rancid odor.

The bathrooms were tidy and the staff were friendly. The windows in the room were painted shut so you couldn’t open them, and turning off the air‑con made the whole room smell like feet; the room needed better ventilation. We were told the room would have a queen‑size bed, but it turned out to be a double.

The room and facilities were modern, clean, and comfortable, and the place was very quiet. When we used the toilets in the morning there was no toilet paper or soap; the coffee and tea facilities were present but no water or milk was supplied.
