The location and facilities were very comfortable and clean, and I liked everything.

The location was great and the place was very clean, but I only saw the staff when we arrived and never saw them again. The bed was very uncomfortable; we slept on the spring mattress that was very hard, and we could feel the wooden planks beneath us. There was no top mattress. They came and cleaned the room but did not bring clean towels.

The location was perfect and they let us leave our luggage after check‑out. Checking in was not easy because nobody was there, and the staff did not speak English, making communication difficult, though we eventually got what we wanted. The rooms were outdated and not very clean, and it definitely wasn’t worth the money.

The place was in a very good spot in Coyoacán, close to the market and the Frida Kahlo Museum, and the area had a different vibe than downtown Mexico City. I got a room all to myself by chance, enjoyed a great breakfast and good customer service, and the house was very nice. Everything was pretty good; the room had a bunk bed and the beds didn’t offer much privacy, which is typical for hostels, but since I wasn’t sharing the room it wasn’t a problem.
