The spot is great for being close to the beach, but the place feels a bit run down. The water tank in the bathroom was busted, shower pressure was weak, fridge stopped working, and the common areas were a mess. On top of that, there's a dog salon on the property and the turbines keep humming all day.

Good location, reasonable price, staff were nice, but the cleaning left something to be desired.

No breakfast, but the place is close to the main beaches and we even checked out Guarda do Embaú. The pool water was clean, but the area around it was a bit chaotic. The host was very helpful and parking was fine.
