“Parking spots taken up by construction stuff. This place needs more parking!”

I was impressed by the room’s cleanliness, the comfortable beds, pillows, and extra blanket tucked in the closet, and the shower was top‑tier, matching the best hotels; the staff included a commercial and private flight attendant who made the stay stand out. However, the elevator was out of service, which was inconvenient for my partial disability, there was no evening parking, and I didn’t receive a greeting or even a head nod from the staff.

The location is perfect. The front desk staff was terrible and refused to give me an invoice citing that since I had paid Booking. Com, it is the responsibility of Booking. Com to give me the invoice and not the hotels. Despite showing them what the app says about asking the hotel for the invoice the front desk was adamant and didn't issue me the invoice

“Been traveling to Redondo for 20 yrs. Now it will be cheaper to stay in Torrance”

The breakfast was nice, but our bill ended up being similar to Marriot or DoubleTree.
