Everything was perfect!
The location was perfect, five minutes from the train station. The reception was closed; we were four people and only two could get hot water, and no one at reception could solve the issue.

The hotel was close to the transport hubs, but the neighbourhood didn't feel orderly or secure, and the property itself was more mediocre than we expected. The room carried a strong damp smell, so it wasn’t particularly comfortable and didn’t live up to our expectations. The area felt unsafe.
Everything was very clean, and the reception lady, like everyone else who works there, was wonderful. The neighborhood wasn’t the best in the world, but the good thing is it’s a two‑minute walk to the bus stop.
The drain was badly clogged and the bathroom flooded. Also there was no left‑over, so we had to haul the suitcases up three floors.
