The location of the facility was very troublesome; the street was confusing and hard to navigate.

“Couldn’t even stay! No reception!! No one to help me get to my room that I PAID FOR! Also dirty!”

There was no staff when I arrived, I waited 30 minutes and had to call 4 times! It was completely unprofessional and I definitely don’t recommend it.

The price was reasonable, the parking wasn’t full and there was no need to fight for a spot. The room didn’t match the promotion and was worse than expected: the blanket was very stiff, smelly and old, the AC couldn’t be adjusted, it was quite hot and rarely cool, and the gym was unusable because it was broken. The service was terrible, and as a foreigner I couldn’t understand much of the language.

“L'hotel degli orrori”

I booked through Booking and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. We rang the door several times without a response; the staff were in another room and only appeared after we knocked. That alone says a lot about their “welcome” level. The assigned room had nothing to do with the photos: a real joke. The conditions were awful: visible mold, a broken toilet, insects everywhere (ants and spiders), and a general sense of dirt and neglect. Many services listed in the booking simply didn’t exist: no TV, no wardrobe, no fridge. The towels were ripped and unusable. When we mentioned the issue, the reply was embarrassing: no solution, no alternative, just “we have no other rooms” and total indifference. The place is absolutely not what was sold and is terrible in every respect: cleanliness, services, and especially customer management. Avoid it.

“Séjour prévu de 11 j., parti après 7 j. Mauvaise expérience”

The bed was fairly comfortable. The location was bad, the reception was icy, room service was non‑existent, and the Wi‑Fi was very weak.
