Good location. The check‑in was a bit difficult, they charged me twice for the stay, once with the card I used to book and again at check‑in.

It’s a simple hotel. Don’t expect wonders, but for Barcelona prices it’s okay. The receptionist at our hotel was very kind and super helpful at all times. The receptionist at the other place we had to go to for check‑in (by mistake) and drop off our luggage was a bit rude and didn’t communicate well.

Very small room lacking ventilation. The kitchen has a small fridge that doesn’t work, no heater to boil water for tea or coffee. The shampoo quantity is almost negligible for hair or body, no soap for hand washing except a tiny circular piece for three days, and no shower gel.

The location was great, close to landmarks and the metro, but I would have liked at least a kettle or a microwave in the room.
