From the instant we stepped in, the place buzzed with warmth, kindness, and real care; every detail felt thoughtful and heartfelt, making us feel more than just guests. The house itself is gorgeous and immaculately clean, the garden is charming, and the views are stunning, but the real magic comes from the people who run it—truly heartfelt hospitality. Nothing could have made the stay better; we only wish we could have stayed longer, because finding a spot where you feel genuinely welcomed and cared for is incredibly rare.

Hospitable and welcoming host – the room was exactly as described – nice terrace – beautiful mountain view – true to the guesthouse’s name 😊 There was a strange, intermittent light noise coming from somewhere inside the wall or ceiling, almost like an insect, which made it a little difficult to sleep. Guests in the neighboring room complained about the noise from us taking a late shower (close to midnight).

A cozy, well‑maintained courtyard, the hosts are warm and friendly 😊. The room is clean and even has a mini‑kitchen corner with a gas stove, fridge, pan, pot, cups, forks, spoons, plates, wine glasses, sunflower oil, and even salt))))—such service earns a perfect 10 points! 😁 Air‑conditioning and electric heater are there. The room is huge, with a shower and toilet, wardrobe, desk, and two chairs. We stayed on the second floor, where a large terrace with a comfortable lounge area, chairs, and a table awaits. Highly recommend to everyone 🔥

Atmospheric, cozy spot with wonderful hosts. The room is brand‑new, spotless, and crafted with love for guests. The courtyard is well‑kept, quiet, and the beauty of Lagodechi will not leave you indifferent. I’ll definitely come back and recommend it to all my friends and acquaintances. All was perfect.
