Room clean, convenient location.

The hotel is in the city center with a convenient parking garage. However, the room assigned to me was filthy; it hadn't been cleaned, and the sheets still had hair from the previous guest, while the bathroom was also unclean, with a yellow, squeaky toilet and an overall unrefreshing smell, giving the feel of a cheap motel and not worth the price. When I asked for a room change, they only offered me a lower‑tier room and offered no compensation for not providing the room I had booked. The experience was awful and I will never return.
