I can’t really say the amenities were good. The room was small and lacked a fridge or microwave.

They had extra pillows, hot running water, and a refrigerator. The room was scorching hot, the street parking wasn’t snow‑cleared, there were no water cups, and the thin wall let a tenant on the other side rant and curse all night. The ground‑floor window sash was broken, there was no TV, and breakfast wasn’t offered.
