The first thing I saw in the room was a nasty stain on the pillowcase nearest the door – not a good look. Big stains on the carpeting everywhere and lots of peeled wallpaper. The only pillows available were all very thick, like a stiff neck the next day.

The unit was clean and tidy, towels were supplied, the shower was clean, and the place was quiet with air conditioning working well; the bed was comfortable and the bedding was adequate. However, the kitchenette we requested had nothing useful except a refrigerator—no utensils, plates, cups, glasses, dish towels, detergent, pots or pans—so we couldn't heat our own food. There was a microwave, but we didn’t test it, and the K‑pod coffee maker was also non‑functional. The bedrooms had no lamps, only overhead lights.
