This place in Canggu is one of the best I've stayed at—everything was fantastic and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The welcome was incredible, and when they learned we were celebrating our wedding anniversary, they surprised us with a cake and sweets every day! The rooms were spotless and everything was perfect. I can't see why anyone would say the hotel smells bad or that the facilities are outdated; it's a solid 10/10. If I had known how great it was, I would have booked the whole trip here. Breakfast was delicious, an open buffet, and the hotel sits right on the beach with a beach club that is honestly one of the most beautiful places I've ever seen. It’s close to Finns Beach Club, there are many markets nearby, and there's also an Arabic restaurant. The best part for me was that there were absolutely no lizards in the rooms! ❤️ I can't recommend it enough! ❤️ The only gripe would be mosquitoes, but if you bring a repellent device, it’s no big deal.

“Good location, good price.”

The location and pool were good, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. However, our bathroom leaked and had a strong odor. The food at Vue was pricey, with small portions and average quality. Music was too loud most of the time, and the entire outside area needs a refresh and upgrade.

Only the swimming pool and the beach were worth mentioning. The rooms were a hassle because we had to walk around the hotel to find ours.

“Was very relaxing and the pool area was just beautiful .”

The pool area was next‑level amazing and very relaxing, and our room was clean, comfortable, and nice. However, drinks and food delivery to the pool was sometimes slow, and dish removal lagged. Getting a taxi to other spots was draining due to heavy traffic, so we spent most days on level 8 by the pool and only ventured out at night.

The staff were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond; the bedroom was large with a very comfortable bed, and the bathroom doubled as a dressing room with built‑in wardrobes. Daily housekeeping kept the room clean. The pool was beautiful, especially for my husband who loves swimming and watching sunsets, with plenty of sunbeds. The gym was well equipped. The location was great—outside the main bar and shop area but still within walking distance. On the downside, the common areas looked worn and grubby, and there were a lot of mosquitoes in the room that I couldn’t figure out how they got in.
