The staff were friendly, but I paid for a room that included breakfast and they claimed the room was too cheap to provide it unless I paid more. When I said I’d contact customer service, they said the kitchen was closed due to pollution in Delhi. After I left, they sent a cancellation notice saying I never showed up, apparently looking for extra money. The room itself was extremely dirty and the hotel was very noisy. It was a terrible experience and I would not recommend staying here.

They finally changed my room, but the first one had a woman's hair on the pillow, indicating the bedding hadn’t been changed.
