“Generalnie udany pobyt”

Situated right in the heart of the city, the elevator was a real bonus for older guests and anyone else, and my partner and I were lucky to get a two‑room setup that offered extra space and a nice view from the window. We could also sip coffee on the common balcony—either the enclosed one or the open one overlooking the city—another plus. The manager who welcomed us, a woman with dark hair, was friendly and even stayed the next day, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the bathrooms left a lot to be desired: we spent a long time in them, the cabins felt outdated, and the tiles were cold and dreary. Even though the sheets were clean, they carried an unpleasant odor.

Breakfast and the location were good; the hotel sits right in the pedestrian zone yet remains easily reachable by car, and towels are changed daily. However, the breakfast and dinner times are very early and inflexible, and the dinner quality is just a basic Polish standard with little effort or variety. The rooms could use a lot of improvement in terms of equipment and cleanliness. During breakfast, only tomatoes and cucumbers were replenished, and when items ran out, they simply stayed empty.
