The food was fantastic and the location was great. The staff were amazing in every way, even giving us a desert stargazing tutorial.

The staff were very accommodating, even asking the kitchen to make me a sandwich during Ramadan outside the cafe’s opening hours. The room was comfortable with great water pressure, the food was delicious, and the hotel was easy to find. The location was hard to reach after a full day of hiking, the rooftop balcony/bar was closed—which was the main reason for booking—and the elevator was out of commission, but that was a minor inconvenience.

It was a wonderful experience right in the heart of Wadi Rum. The staff were friendly and hospitable, the activities (Jeep ride) were fun, and the bubbles under the stars were comfortable. Nothing to complain about.
