“千萬不要訂這家😰”

This inn was a disaster – avoid booking it at all costs. Calls went unanswered, and when we finally reached a customer service line they were clueless, leaving our whole family stuck outside swatting mosquitoes. We booked through a major site but never got any confirmation that our check‑in request (8/23, 9:00 pm–10:00 pm) had been noted. No one was there to let us in, and we weren’t warned in advance, so we had to figure out an alternative or risk being homeless on our first Seattle trip with our daughter. We’ve already been charged, and we demand an immediate refund and an explanation.

“Clean, quiet, and comfortable”

It was budget friendly and close to my office, with easy freeway access and no busy city streets; despite the freeway proximity it stayed quiet. They didn’t replenish my room, which was fine for a week‑long stay, but I ran out of fresh towels and had to bring my dirty ones to the front desk to get new ones; they could have handed them to me or delivered them. I also ran out of toilet paper and had to fetch a roll myself instead of having one brought. I understand the economy approach to avoid room service, but at least towel swaps and TP refills should happen. My garbage bin also overflowed after a week with no emptying, so mid‑week collection would have helped.

They allowed me to extend my stay by a day and kept me in the same room.
