Being right next to the arcade in Shinmachi was a huge perk - there were tons of restaurants and shops within walking distance. But the room was on the small side, which made it feel a bit cramped.

The hotel had a great sense of cleanliness, which was a relief. Unfortunately, the entrance was a bit tricky to find, which made it hard to get in.

The staff here were super friendly and helpful, which made a big difference. However, the quality of the linens and robes was pretty subpar. It's a shame, because the location is fantastic and I loved being able to walk everywhere.
