The villa is spacious, the rooftop jacuzzi is amazing, the breakfast is good, the views are spectacular, and the staff’s incredible friendliness is a highlight; however, the access road is a bit far.
Excellent place to unwind and enjoy. The access is a bit tricky because it's somewhat remote, but the team is great at coordinating transportation to other activities.

Everything! I loved especially the staff—though I can't recall the guy's name, his service was spectacular. He made our stay wonderful. It's a dreamy, romantic place; we stayed several days and had a fantastic time. The cabin we stayed in faced the lagoon, and all the cabins had views of the vineyards and the Andes mountains—an amazing sight.
The vistas were stunning and the food and wine were absolutely amazing, though the last stretch of road to reach the hotel was a little shaky, yet we managed to get there in our compact rental car.
