Everything was excellent: the place was very clean, the staff were polite and respectful, and getting to the airport was easy; the hotel sits next to the bus station for our early‑morning trip, in a safe area with nearby restaurants.

I had a wonderful stay! The hotel was spotlessly clean and in a fantastic location. The café downstairs served delicious coffee and had a lovely atmosphere. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful, and when I left my ID in the room, he went out of his way to bring it to me at the bus stop just in time before my departure. Highly recommended!

Great location by the North South Tirana bus terminal, very clean and equipped with everything needed for an overnight stay. Tony was hospitable, the bed and sheets were comfortable, and I appreciated the attention to detail like the towels embroidered with the ES initials. I also slept excellently there! No complaints – it was ideal for my one‑night layover.
