I was very sad to see a macaw trapped in a cage at the hotel. I sent a message to management but received no reply. How is it still possible to keep a bird captive today? Could someone intervene?

Large rooms and friendly people, but the herring shop outside the hotel was a bit of a nuisance.

The hotel was just perfect, but we booked a room with one king bed and ended up with a room that had two double beds instead; they couldn’t give us the room we had booked.
