Nice spot, very friendly staff, cool location, saw a lot, everything was clean. The climate control didn't work and the ceiling fan rattled.

Beautiful location, well equipped, staff were excellent, tremendous value for money, definitely recommend.

The reserve looked beautiful and we enjoyed the self‑drive; the units were comfortable and clean, and the staff were very friendly. However, it wasn't quite what was advertised: we booked Hotel/Lodge rooms but they felt more like chalets. Although there was a restaurant for breakfast and dinner, the chalets had BBQ facilities but no cutlery, crockery, or other cooking gear. In its heyday it matched the photos more closely, but now it looks run down, which was sad.

The friendliness and quiet were great. The menu was limited, there was no good information about accessibility for people with disabilities, and we weren't warned about the baboons.
