The location is good, but the cleaning instructions I got before arrival and the leaflet at the property had slight discrepancies; customer service sorted it out.

It’s clean and quaint, but there was no human interaction at check‑in and no one opened the doors for me—this should be made clear beforehand.

The beds were comfortable, there was an accessible microwave and the space wasn’t cramped. I also enjoyed using the projector for Christmas songs and the coffee machine. The only downside was the lack of staff and the washing machines were difficult to use.

This place is perfect for a family of four, offering four beds (two doubles and two singles), a dining table, microwave, fridge, walk‑in closet, bathroom, and shower—all at great value. It’s very clean and spacious, so I highly recommend it for family trips. The downside is the distance from the subway station—if you have elementary‑school kids, it’s over 15 minutes on foot, so a taxi might be better unless you’re traveling outside rush hour. Otherwise, everything is satisfactory.
